In order to perform the update, please use a USB 2 flash drive instead of USB 3.
While USB 3 is designed to be backward compatible with USB 2, this compatibility isn’t always guaranteed. Differences in requirements can sometimes result in limited functionality or unexpected behavior.
For critical operations such as firmware updates, a USB 2 flash drive should be used to match the USB 2 port on the Strike Multipad.
When performing the update, ensure that the LDST_UPD.DAT file is on the root directory of the USB flash drive. Please do not place it inside any folders.
