Software Center Not Opening or Launching Windows 10 or 11


Are you experiencing difficulty opening or launching the Software Center on your Windows device? 


This issue can be related to a conflict with the Bluetooth drivers in the operating system. 


If you are unable to open or launch your inMusic software center, please try the following:


1. Disable Bluetooth. This will prevent any interference with the inMusic Software Center. To disable Bluetooth, go to your device settings and turn off the Bluetooth option as detailed below.


Press the Windows key + I together to open the Settings app. Navigate to Devices -> Bluetooth & other devices. On the right side, you can use the “Bluetooth” option to turn on or disable Bluetooth.



2. Reinstall Software Center. If the above solution does not work, you can try reinstalling the inMusic Software Center. To reinstall the software center, go to your inMusic profile and download the latest version.
